The gods are born.
The hemitheoi are made.
A single public order of one thousand names, ranked by tribute alone. Birth counts for nothing here. Neither does modesty.
One thousand places. No more. Ever.
The index is a permanent, public record of one thousand verified names, ordered by a single measure: the tribute each has rendered. It does not consider lineage, office, fame, or merit. It counts.
Every place is held by a verified identity. Every amount is real, recorded, and public. The index cannot be edited, persuaded, or bought quietly. It can only be climbed.
Trials
Any place above you can be contested. The trial is paid in one currency. There are no other rules.
Tribute
An annual offering keeps your name on the index. Names that fall silent are returned to mortality. Publicly.
Apotheosis
Places 1 through 100 are the theoi. They convene once a year. Location undisclosed. Herakles managed it. Few do.
Some places are not requested.
The first place cannot be applied for. It can only be taken, and only from above one thousand watching names. It has never been held.
The index opens in due time.
The first names will be inscribed at inception. Consideration is not yet available, and most requests will be declined when it is.
